Take the first step towards Becoming a great coach

Understanding what coaching is and all the components that go into running a successful coaching practice is key to become the coach you want to be. But also, an ICF recognised certification like the Flow Coach Accreditation will help you immensely to acquire the skillset you need to provide a better service to your clients.

The first step of becoming a coach is identifying your purpose.

Knowing who you want to coach and what is your purpose of being here is going to help you figure out what kind of coach you want to be.

There are many things that go into running a successful coaching practice and being aware of them will allow you to pursue the right steps for you.

+ Who and how you want to coach?
+ How do you handle ethics in coaching?
+ How do you handle confidentiality in coaching?
+ What is actually required to be a professional coach?

We have created a video guide and a series of workbooks and resources where the Flow Centre's Founder and professional coach Cameron Norsworthy walks you through all the things you need to think about when becoming a coach. And it's free for you to watch.

If you are seriously thinking about becoming a coach we advice you to:

- Get certified by a recognised institution
- Be clear on your intentions
- Develop a network of other coaches
- Take time to enjoy the process
