Flow & Leadership

The gold standard of good leadership is ever-changing to meet the current demands and varying contexts, yet at the heart of high-performing teams and peak-performing individuals is the proficiency of self-leadership.

In this talk, we examine how leadership starts with self-leadership. We provide compelling case studies and practical processes to facilitate exceptional self-leadership.

Waking up the Workforce

At the heart of every successful company are its people and their performance. When the workforce is motivated and resilient, great results can be achieved.

In this talk, we help people take responsibility for their own self-management, and deliver a playbook for sustainable health and performance. We deliver practical solutions to help your team turn up each day as the best version of themselves.

Group Flow

We have all felt those moments in which the team just clicks. Everything the team has been working on comes together and everyone works together as one. It is invigorating and rewarding, but how can a team structure itself and ensure that it is best positioned to facilitate group flow?

In this talk, we examine group flow and the underlying culture, principles, and markers to measure and engineer flow within an organisation.

Innovation Lab

Innovation or creative think-tanking often requires divergent or out-of-the-box thinking, which often requires an innovative environment to stimulate new and progressive ideas.

In our Innovation Lab, we facilitate a hugely memorable experience that takes people out of their comfort zone, unifies focus, and provides a facilitated safe space to create and plan.

Find Your Flow

In this workshop, we essentially deliver our Flow Certificate in a face-to-face facilitated event. We will synthesise over 50 years of research to show you how to use the principles of flow as a ladder to help self-regulate your experience and master your mind.

You will leave with a sustainable system for approaching the challenges in your work and proven skills that have helped people win World Championships.

The Science and Practice of Peak Performance

The Global McKinsey Institute’s research found top executives to be five times more productive in flow.

In this talk, we examine what flow is, why it is important, and how to find it. We deliver 'in-the-room' examples of how flow can help and facilitate an impactful experience that people remember for a lifetime.

“Thank you very much for facilitating our innovation workshop recently. An excellent structure and environment for our team to engage and maintain maximum productivity. We also thank you for holding us accountable for the implementation. Great work, thank you.”
