Deep dive into Flow and Flow coaching. I was quite familiar with Flow, but this course took my understanding to a different level.

Biggest learning for me, someone who pushes himself beyond his limits all too often, was the realization that you can achieve more by focussing less on reaching the goal (forcing it) and more on creating the optimal experience/journey. Cameron gave us to tools to help not only ourselves but others with this challenge, a challenge that so many high performers struggle with. This was a game changer for me.
