Our “Coach in Residence” program is for you if you want to:

  • Access immediate and flexible coaching to develop your team to they can perform and feel at their best.

  • Have a Coach who is intimately connected with your organisation and has a deep awareness of your team and organisation dynamics to help focus coaching efforts towards your business vision and goals.

  • Flexibility to engage a Coach for 1-on-1 sessions with individuals, or alternatively have a Team Coach support during meetings and other events.

  • Have access to a team of Flow Coaches who are experts in their field and can apply the latest psychology and neuroscience to bring about optimal performance.

  • Identify coaching participants and create an online coaching schedule.

  • Engage in a discovery process to understand your team and organisation dynamics.

  • Facilitate a kick-off coaching session with coachee and manager to set clear expectations and goals.

  • Initiate tailored assessments.

  • Undertake regular coaching sessions to help coaching participants grow, perform and feel at their best.

  • Co-ordinate feedback for the coaching participants via online surveys to recognise progress made and identify opportunities for improvement.

Contracted Coach

1-to-1 Flow Coaching for your CEO, Executives or Top Team Members

Our 1-to-1 Coaching is for you if you have a:
